Media Inquiries for the OUF
The OUF Administration team is happy to help arrange media coverage and interviews.
If you wish to cover the event or interview an OUF representative, you must submit our Media Inquiry Form by October 13, 2023. Your media inquiry will need to be pre-approved and arranged by the OUF Administration.
Any late media inquiries may not be considered.
If you wish to arrange an interview during the event hours on October 21 and 22 and have not submitted a previous Media Inquiry Form, your request may be denied.
You must obtain permission for videotaping, filming or recording that is intended for commercial purposes. If you are seen taking photos or videos at the OUF without prior consent, you may be asked to leave the event.
At the OUF
When you arrive at the OUF, visit the Show Office to sign in and receive your press pass. Please ensure you bring a business card.
Once your media inquiry is approved, you must wear your press pass for the duration of the event.
Media Inquiries for All Other Events
Please send us an email with the details of your request, including:
- The name of your media outlet
- Your name and contact information (email, phone, etc.)
- The event your request is for
- The date and time you wish to attend the event or hold the interview
- A description of your request (e.g., event coverage, interview, etc.)
